A-2-Sea Solutions Ltd is a global telecommunications cable and shore end and shallow water installation company (based out of Romsey, Southampton), which for 20 years has been providing expert services to the global subsea community.  In the last few years, A-2-Sea has established a highly successful and exponentially growing Marine Department, providing marine services to the offshore renewable, subsea cable, coastal engineering and utilities industries with latest state-of-the-art survey equipment and purpose-built vessels.

A-2-Sea are looking to recruit to their growing team a Junior Accounts Assistant. The role would consist of:

• Processing purchase Ledger invoices
• Reconciling suppler statements
• Maintaining supplier records
• Sales Ledger invoicing
• Maintaining customer records
• Processing company credit card statements

Successful candidates will require:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• AAT Studier
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail
• Motivation and a drive to develop and grow
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Proactive attitude
• Skills to integrate as a team player, as well comfortable autonomy in their work.
